All staff who wish to receive their Autumn booster vaccination at Oxleas booster clinic must have 92 days after the completion of their primary course or 1st Booster Vaccination..

If you already have an account (for a previous vaccine or Lateral Flow Testing) please use your current log in

If you have your vaccine elsewhere and wish to have your vaccination with us and have not been LFD testing, please register.

An account allows you to access our services more easily; you do not have to give us all your details each time you have a test with us.

If you are an Oxleas staff member, contractor or regular bank / agency staff member who has regular face to face contact with our service users, you will be able to apply for a Lateral Flow Testing kit. Please register and you can order a Lateral Flow testing kit using the Government website.
